Effortless Vehicle Location and Management

Locating vehicles in expansive areas like large airport parking lots, dealership lots, and warehouses can be a daunting task. Visitors often face frustration trying to find their car among thousands of others, especially in adverse weather conditions when vehicles may be buried under layers of snow.

To address this challenge, we partnered with an expert RFID company to develop an innovative solution that combines advanced radio frequency identification with our state-of-the-art IoT communication technologies. This collaboration brings substantial benefits to businesses by streamlining vehicle location and inventory management processes.

Our solution drastically reduces the time needed to locate a specific vehicle to just a few minutes. Utilizing a combination of drones and beacons with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tags, we ensure low data communication traffic through SIMs and cloud services. Additionally, our specialized application generates analytical data and graphical representations, pinpointing the vehicle's location and tracking its parking duration.

Monitoring vehicle locations in large areas can incur significant daily operational costs. Traditionally, locating a vehicle could take six to eight hours, even with barcodes or RFID portals at entry points. There have been instances where trucks waited over three hours for loading because a specific vehicle couldn't be found.

In a large working garage, we have installed reading portals in key areas such as the parking lot, yard, workshop, and washing room. As a car passes through these checkpoints, owners receive real-time status updates on their smartphones. The beacon inside the car continuously transmits its location, ensuring precise tracking as it moves through different areas. When the car exits the garage, the beacon is retrieved, providing a seamless and efficient tracking process.
